Now I know that New Years Resolutions for a man already with a goal to lose weight seems a bit redundant, but I will state them anyways. So without further ado, here are my resolutions for the new year.

  • Reach my goal weight of 170 pounds
  • Run a half marathon
  • Run a full marathon
  • Average 2 miles ran every day, so about 750 miles for the whole year
  • Run a 5K in under 30 minutes
  • Perform in a Triathalon
  • Run a mile in under 10 minutes
  • Eat less food that is crappy for me

Most of these have been goals of mine already, but a majority of them have been long term goals. I have set forth that I will meet these goals by the end of the year.
